Well Saturday Parachute was in the area for a Concert and held a cd signing at Border’s Bookstore in Birmingham. YIPPEE!!! I was soooo excited. R. and I went, it was her first time hearing real musicians play music that we hear on the radio and such. She LOVED it and was mesermized by them.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. We arrived early because I wasn’t sure how many people were going to be their, the size of the store etc etc. It ended up not a lot of people showed up, bad for the group, EXCELLENT for us.

The group played 4 songs, we have video but not sure if I can upload it. H. was playing around with the flip cam, accidently deleted the videos!! She couldn’t have done that if I wanted her too. We had the camera since Christmas and no one has ever deleted a video until Saturday. What are the chances of that!! Once we got home, Chris spent a few hours and $ to find a program that recovers accidently deleted information from the video camera. I have the footage, but now have to figure out how to compress it. That is a bad for you all, EXCELLENT for ME. hehe.

I have to say, This is the nicest group of young Men! I follow Parachute on twitter. They are a hard working group of guys who love having fun. Check them out and buy their CD. When getting the CD signed each of them made sure to talk to R., not just sign and move along. They asked her questions and were so kind to her. R. was shy but loved every minute of it. Then when it came time to get her photo taken with them, they all knelt down without hesitation just to be on her level and laughed with her. Made my heart melt.

See that arm around R….wishing that was me.. did I just type that outloud?. LOL!!! That’s Will! He has the BLUEST and most gorgeous eyes…enough about Will. I We R. is still giddy about the whole experience.
